Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters
∎ Minimum Masters/MBA in related subjects.
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Textile or Chemical Engineering would give preference
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Marketing & business development (of DTY, FDY & PSF) in the Fiber, Filament of Textiles, garments or buying Sourcing house.
∎ Candidates must visit plants in Chittagong any time for coordination meeting or anywhere in Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the PFY and PSF sectors (DTY, FDY & PSF).
∎ Prepare reports on customer needs, pricing benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
∎ Support senior management in acquiring new clients (B2B) for PFY and PSF products, including textile manufacturers, garment exporters, and industrial buyers. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by coordinating with the sales team, logistics, and production departments.
∎ Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and process orders efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, trade show participation, and promotional activities for DTY, FDY & PSF products.
∎ Develop product presentations and technical documentation for client meetings.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and order statuses in CRM systems.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and export/import regulations.
∎ Liaise with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to address client feedback and align product offerings with market demands.
∎ To follow up proper documentation related to business development and marketing in any corner.
∎ To perform any other tasks as ordered by higher authority.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Support to & responsible for the Marketing and sales operations, business development of DTY, FDY & PSF (Polyester Filament, Polyester Staple Fiber) product.
