∎ Diploma in CSE /BSC in CSE /ETE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as in-charge/Lead to Monitor and understand of faults, alarms, traffic trend for both Access and Core Network Terminals with more concentration to avoid missing any alarms.
∎ Supervising and team management, working under pressure, research and troubleshooting.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO, Juniper) Switch (CISCO, BDCOM) & OLT (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA, Huawei) & Wireless Devices.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, BGP and other IP routing with Multiple Network and traffic Load balancing with Cisco and Mikrotik Systems including effective policy for efficient traffic management.
∎ Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact.
∎ Collect and review performance reports for network systems, and report trends in hardware and network performance to assist senior technical personnel to predict future issues or outages.
∎ Network optimization, quality of service reporting and improvement recommendations.
∎ Work on both IPv4 and IPv6-based networks. Troubleshooting of IP CORE backbone and connectivity.
∎ To be confident to handle the Systems of ISP with home, corporate Customers and reseller.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of working experience in ISP/Telecommunication/IT
∎ Must have experience working at Internet Service Provider (ISP)/Telecommunication Industry.
∎ Must have experience working with Cisco, Mikrotik, BDCOM, VSOL, Huawei, Ubiquiti Devices.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA/CCNP, MTCNA, MTCRE.
∎ Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP/RSTP/PVST/MSTP, VRF, DNS, VLAN, VXLAN, VRF, VPN, SNMP
∎ Positive attitude towards professional excellence.
∎ Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
∎ Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently. Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
∎ Strong technical and positive attitude. Experience in Network Support is necessary
∎ Ability to learn new technology very fast.
