Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discuss with the authorities about the irregularities received by audit findings and take appropriate action
∎ Audit as per schedule in a different project of working areas.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans for all the programs in the AJ Group.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ Review Company policies and procedure.
∎ Identify weakness in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process or system.
∎ Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management or the board of directors.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Check & Verify inventory with Tally/ERP balances through performing periodic physical counting.
∎ Prepare /Produce & Submit Detailed audit reports on audit findings with necessary analysis observations, comparison & recommendations.
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & post- Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management
∎ Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other supporting documents, personnel & administrative files and other relevant documents of head office and Factory.
