Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ Honors/ Bachelors - Accounting/ Finance/ Management from reputed University/ College.
∎ CA-CC having 2-3 years' experience/ other professional having 3-5 years' experience.
Job Context:
∎ Unigas is constructing a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will be in Broader Dhaka & Mongla/ Khulna region. The company is now looking for some dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individuals for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Factory Office Sitakunda, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all VAT related books of account in accordance VAT Act-1991 & 2012.
∎ Maintain the updated every day Mushak-18 current account.
∎ Maintain daily, monthly, periodic receipt & payment account and related voucher.
∎ Received rebate, treasury deposit & pay VAT and closing balance of Mushak-18 current account.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly return Mushak-19 & prepare Mushak-1 for price declaration.
∎ Verify and check every day Mushak-11 challan.
∎ Prepare and maintain VAT registers (Musak1, Musak-11, Musak-16, Musak-17, Musak-18, Musak-19,
∎ Musak-20 and other books/papers related to VAT) as per law.
∎ Take strategic plan to provide assistance and support in related daily activities.
∎ To face customs VAT audit, Hearing, Post Clearance audit.
∎ Preparing & submission of related paper & documents in connection with VAT & Customs audit.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office,
∎ circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ To ensure proper and timely coordination with the Head Office reporting persons & Factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge for maintaining and preparing Mushak-16 for raw material receive, issue & its closing stock.
∎ Knowledge for maintaining and preparing every day Mushak-17 for item wise finished goods receive, sales & its closing stock.
∎ Good Knowledge about input tax credit, Turnover Tax, Retailer level VAT & VDS, AIT, CD and SD.
∎ Good knowledge about VAT Act & Rules-1991 & 2012 and other related SROs & Cases.
∎ Good knowledge about TDS/ AIT.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (depend on job experience)
