- Greet and guide walk-in customers effectively.
- Explain product features, benefits, and finance offers.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM tools.
- Ensure clean and attractive product displays.
- Coordinate with delivery and back-office for smooth handovers.
- Support billing, documentation, and registration processes.
- Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Uphold showroom discipline, grooming, and SOP compliance.
