• Convert inquiries into bookings and follow up on leads.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM tools.
• Ensure clean and attractive product displays.
• Coordinate with delivery and back-office for smooth handovers.
• Support billing, documentation, and registration processes.
• Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs.
• Uphold showroom discipline, grooming, and SOP compliance.
