Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Candidates having Masters Degree in Accounting will get preference.
∎ For the position of Sr. Executive, candidates who completed CA-CC along with passed Certificate Level under ICAB will get preference.
∎ For the position of Executive, candidates who completed CA-CC along with passed at least 04 subjects of Certificate Level under ICAB will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability with Changed Environment, Analytical Skill, Client Service, Team working
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Audit, Client Management, Income Tax and Legal Affairs
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Accounts of Clients.
∎ Tax Assessment according to Income Tax ordinance, 1984.
∎ Calculating the VAT on different types of goods and services of the company according to VAT & SD Act, 2012 and responsible for reviewing efficiently.
∎ Performing company's secretarial works.
∎ Taking care of subordinates.
∎ Any other activities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth Communication Skill in English is a must.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary would be decided based on the experiences, skills and capabilities of the candidate.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other facilities as per Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.
