Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Masters in Accounting.

• ICMAB partly qualified will be preferable.

• At least 2 years

• Computer Literacy - Advanced Excel and Power Point.

• Should have knowledge in ERP Software.

• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.

• Should have ability to liaise with cross functional stake holders and must be a team player.

Sajeeb Group is seeking a “Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Business Analytics” to drive data analysis and support strategic decision-making. This role involves creating financial models, process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and tracking key market trends. The ideal candidate will deliver insights across departments, enhancing efficiency and supporting growth.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data across various business functions to provide actionable insights and create financial models that support decision-making.

• Cost-Saving Initiatives: Actively participate in cost-saving projects, collaborate with project teams, and implement tracking and monitoring mechanisms to ensure effective cost management.

• Recommendation & Comparative Analysis: Recommend strategies and actions by interpreting data, conducting comparative analyses, and evaluating proposed changes in methods and materials.

• Process Improvements & Reporting: Identify and drive process improvements, including creating both standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

• Commodity & Supply Chain Monitoring: Monitor and update trends in commodity prices and supply chain metrics, identifying patterns and implications for business planning.

• Project Management Dashboards/Presentations: Prepare project management dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate key project metrics and performance indicators.

• Data Management & Validation: Oversee data and information management systems, ensuring validation of data accuracy for ongoing projects.
