Manage all day-to-day operations with excellence and efficiency
Ensure timely payment of all monthly vendors bills & service charges
Prepare monthly & yearly financial statements & Book keeping
Develop & advice on organizational Finance strategies
Source & manage quality & cost competitive vendors
Purchases office supplies & reconcile monthly expenses
Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting
Manage all coordination and payments related to organization objectives
Prepare all Financial reports as required by management
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Handle payroll coordination and salary disbursement with Finance
- Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR compliance Draft HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures
- Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, maintenance, logistics)
- Manage administrative vendors and service contracts (e.g., office rent, utilities) Organize internal meetings, events, and documentation
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness Maintain company asset register and inventory logs
- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry for financial transactions Prepare petty cash reports, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with external accountant or auditor for monthly closings Support budget tracking and expense control measures
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and tax-related records
