  • Ensure timely payment of all monthly vendors bills & service charges

  • Prepare monthly & yearly financial statements & Book keeping

  • Develop & advice on organizational Finance strategies

  • Source & manage quality & cost competitive vendors

  • Purchases office supplies & reconcile monthly expenses

  • Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting

  • Manage all coordination and payments related to organization objectives

  • Prepare all Financial reports as required by management



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Handle payroll coordination and salary disbursement with Finance
  • Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR compliance Draft HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, maintenance, logistics)
  • Manage administrative vendors and service contracts (e.g., office rent, utilities) Organize internal meetings, events, and documentation
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness Maintain company asset register and inventory logs
  • Assist in bookkeeping and data entry for financial transactions Prepare petty cash reports, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate with external accountant or auditor for monthly closings Support budget tracking and expense control measures
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and tax-related records
