Develop market position and increase market share as well as build up a long-term relationship with customers.

Identifying new partners/Customers and managing the distribution channel.

  • Build/expand and oversee the network of customers to increase our product portfolio.

  • Develop new relationships in identified target markets with potential customers and introduce assigned products to them in line to agreed business objectives

  • Ensure annual business plans are formulated and followed with all the strategic customers/suppliers.

  • Implementation of the annual business plan in the assigned region.

  • Conduct the trials/ demonstrations for the grades of all relevant Industry and creating markets/ segments for varieties by demonstrating their value to customers/ suppliers

  • Initiate the introduction of new product/grades and contribute for the commercial success from these developments.

  • Coordinate to suggest and execute the development plan.

  • Brief customers techno-commercial benefits derived from our products.

  • Coordinate with customers/teams to understand the activities in the assigned geography and partner for big growth events.
