∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
∎ 5-7 years of experience in creative design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the toiletries or FMCG industry.

∎ Ability to manage large-scale ATL & BTL campaigns and deliver engaging visual assets.
∎ Excellent typography, color theory, and composition skills tailored to product packaging.
∎ Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

∎ Lead the design and development of product packaging, labels, and branding materials for toiletries products, ensuring visually striking and market-relevant designs.
∎ Oversee the creation of ATL (Above the Line) campaigns such as TVCs, billboards, and print ads, and BTL (Below the Line) materials like in-store displays and POS items.
∎ Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to craft designs that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand identity.
∎ Manage end-to-end design for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, web assets, and promotional materials.
∎ Ensure packaging designs meet regulatory requirements while maintaining innovation and shelf appeal.
∎ Develop brochures, banners, flyers, and promotional kits for product launches and marketing events.
∎ Direct photoshoots and work with external agencies to enhance product visualization and advertising content.
∎ Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and printing agencies to ensure high-quality production output for labels and packaging.
∎ Stay informed about design trends in the toiletries sector, incorporating innovative techniques and styles into the design process.
