Capacity to handle independently/team player all affairs of the accounts department.
Checking supplier`s and vendors` bills, maintaining proper ledger, and arranging payment systematically.
Collect and coordinate reports from functional departments and report in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Enter financial information into appropriate software programs on daily basis.Financial reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and as per the requirement of management.
Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and report to the management for decision-making.
Inter-company transaction reconciliation.Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Manage day-to-day operations of the existing accounting-related job.
Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets. Assist in preparing yearly Sales, Revenue, and Capital budgets.
Preparing Bank reconciliation, and interest calculation. Should have competency in computer-based accounting systems & advanced knowledge in Excel and ensure transactions are properly recorded into software in a timely manner.
Handle any ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management etc.
