Experience:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in VAT, Income Tax, and overall accounting management.
Maintain and update all company financial records and ledgers accurately and on a regular basis.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Monitor and manage the overall financial condition of the company.
Maintain Client-wise financial records, including received payments, outstanding amounts, and pending dues, and ensure proper follow-up on approvals and receivables.
Track and report which client owes how much money to support timely collections.
Maintain client & supplier -wise payment records, including payable amounts and payment status.
Prepare financial reports and statements to provide accurate, transparent, and timely information to management.
Maintain compliance with VAT, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and provide necessary financial information when required.
Support payroll processes, including the calculation and deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) in accordance with statutory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 32 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivable management.
Financial reconciliation and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Should be self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal & communication, and leadership qualities.
Able to work under pressure when needed.
Good interpersonal and client management skills.
