Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) from a reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Buying House, Consulting Firms, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books and records for transaction through Xero software and need to update on daily Basis:
∎ Ensure to send invoices to factory/ customers on daily basis;
∎ Maintain petty cash book/bank book and completion of reconcile on daily basis:
∎ Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, bank book, ledgers and different financial registers.
∎ Prepare the monthly payroll and calculate the tax liability of each employees;
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit to Govt. Treasury within the time limit;
∎ Preparation of 75A, 108 and 108A as per ITO-1984 and submit to Tax Authority in stipulated time;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statement to fulfill the Global Team Requirement
∎ Must have sound knowledge about VAT, VAT, Labor and Companies Act;
∎ Communicate with customer regarding Outstanding amount on weekly basis and recover money accordingly;
∎ Ensure to prepare Tax and VAT challans with appropriate Code and deposit to Govt. Treasury in Time:
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years experience in similar Job;
∎ Must be sound knowledge in Microsoft office and usual software especially on Microsoft excel;
∎ Pro-active and honest;
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bengali;
Salary: Negotiable
