Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain assigned duties related to Administration
∎ Control and manage the daily operations of the Accounting dept. including: Accounts payable/receivable; Cash receipts; General ledger; Payroll and utilities; Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis; Capital assets reconciliations etc.
∎ Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
∎ Maintain financial files and records
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all day to day financial information.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill, maintain proper ledger and arrange payment systematically.
∎ Monitor payment status for all accounts due
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
∎ Assist to Prepare Financial statements (i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Trial Balance)
∎ Having up to date knowledge of VAT & Personal Tax, Corporate Tax matter dealing (Tax Accounts Preparation, Return Submission, Attendance at hearing, Tax File follow up etc
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, Checking Salary Sheet, invoices and other accounting documents.
∎ People who have long experience in Administration are specially encouraged to apply
