∎ Diploma/BSc in Civil Engineering is preferred.
∎ Candidates with a strong background in Ready Mix Concrete sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop relationships with key clients including construction companies, infrastructure developers, contractors, government agencies and high-value clients to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
∎ Handle negotiations and finalize all contracts/deals.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
∎ Forecast market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop sales plans.
∎ Drive pricing strategy in coordination with the management and ensure margin control.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
∎ Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
∎ Ensure prompt delivery, uphold quality standards, address customer complaints effectively, and manage customer credit facilities in line with company policies.
∎ Liaise with operations and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
∎ Responsible for presenting the regular sales reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
∎ Perform any additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated by the management.
