We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for ready-mix concrete through effective team coordination and performance management.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector for ready-mix concrete.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers.

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.

  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-up on leads and inquiries.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, queries and solutions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
