Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ CA Course Completed
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional qualification Vat Tax preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record the financial transaction following the standard accounting practices.
∎ Updating the Accounts in software on a regular basis.
∎ Preparing the Financial Statements.
∎ Check and expenditure, voucher, requisition, and cash/bank transactions.
∎ Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
∎ To look after Accounts activities.
∎ Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance of the organization for all kind of transactions.
∎ Any others job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.
∎ Checking all kinds of bill & voucher.
∎ Preparing Bank & Party reconciliation statement.
∎ Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions as needed.
∎ Generate various finance and accounting related reports.
∎ Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, Payroll & PF Management. Should have knowledge in Accounting ERP and AP automation. Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
