Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Participants selection through a systematic process (hunting, camp, family assessment).
∎ Dream Plan Development and profile creation for quality implementation and documentation.
∎ Prepare field visit schedule/plan at the beginning of the month and submit to line management of the organization.
∎ To ensure need base support to the selected participants.
∎ Support to local club for ensuring better and bigger services for marginalized children.
∎ Arrange community/school-based camp for the sponsored children.
∎ Project Brochure and Stakeholders Directory.
∎ To collect field data for talent profile creation.
∎ Organize and conduct the life skills training to the 100 selected participants.
∎ To ensure regular mentoring support to the talent and community children.
∎ To collect required data and prepare at least one case story in bi-monthly basis.
∎ Assist to project team for publishing a case story booklet as part of project branding.
∎ Communicate with project relevant stakeholders for implementation of planned activities.
∎ Prepare necessary reports (monthly, quarterly & annual) and shared to Project Coordinator.
∎ Establish linkage with the government's social safety-net program to explore access to the vulnerable families of project participants.
∎ 80% field work to assist in implementation of project activities and other 20% desk work for planning, communication and necessary documentation and reporting.
∎ Coordinate with Project Coordinator for ensuring quality project implementation and monitoring.
∎ Organize project success sharing workshop at the end of the project.
∎ Assist project team and Educo Bangladesh to conduct the project Final Evaluation.

ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 397 upazilas under 53 districts of Bangladesh covering over 12 million poor and vulnerable people.
∎ ESDO in partnership with Educo is going to implement the ‘‘Empowering Children and Youth for Sustainable Futures’’ program at Ranisankail Upazila under Thakurgaon District. The duration of the said project from 01st November 2024 to 31st December 2025. ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the post of Sports Mobilizer above mentioned position
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Sports Mobilizer is responsible for hunting, campaigning, support to sports & cultural/song clubs, family assessment, and Assist School management as well as projects management for Final Evaluation The main responsibilities are:
