Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English language classes in online.

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver to the students.

• Teach courses such as IELTS & PTE programs as assigned.

• Monitor student’s progresses and maintain academic records.

• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.

• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.

• Participate and promote IELTS/PTE services in company seminars, events, and study abroad expos.

• Pioneering referral bonus policy for student referrals for internal employees and converted leads.

• Offering free courses and special discounts to converted leads for study abroad departments.

• Weekly 6 days classes.

• Any task assigned by supervisor or management.
