Experience:
Having at least Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) is essential.
Diploma in Computer Science Engineering is highly desirable.
Recognized formal training in the assigned technical area (ICT) desirable.
Essential fluency in English and local language native

Job Context: Performing autonomously, specific complex / advanced installation, maintenance works and repairs depending on technician’s specialization (requiring special/qualifications/training), according to supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure a proper functioning and maintenance of MSF equipment, installations and infrastructures.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing autonomously, all necessary complex / advanced installations, maintenance and repairs (i.e. requiring special qualifications/training), according to the supervisor’s instructions and executes any needed tests after any repair or maintenance. Including the following functions:
Qualified Electrician
Qualified Mechanic
Biomed Technician
Making suggestions regarding any repair or maintenance work needed in MSF electrical installations, equipment and/or vehicles and assisting logistics department for any relative work needed.
Managing the stock of consumable items, filling in the stock cards, carrying out physical stock inventories, executing orders necessary for renewing stock, avoiding any shortage.
Responsible for the equipment and tools, including extinguishers, checking they are correctly and safely used, maintaining and renewing them when necessary and keeping the inventory updated.
Keeping working area clean and tidy.
Ensuring that all record sheets and books related to logistical maintenance are always completed. Preparing needed reports before and after any repair or required maintenance.
Immediately informing the line manager of any problems that arise in the course of the work, particularly with regard to damage, loss, theft or attempted break-ins.
Working in collaboration with other specialized technicians and workers, if necessary, or managing a small team of workers.
Being able to perform autonomously ICT jobs.
Expertise in latest version of Microsoft Operating System and business applications (Office365).
Good knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance processes, network theory and their respective protocols, main email systems, IT security best practices and IT service management tools (ITSM).
Understanding in Server Management (latest version of Microsoft Operating System, Active directory) and virtualization (Hyper-V).
Teaching, educational support and supporting basic skills.
Monitoring, maintaining and following up on all Information Technology (IT) and Telecom equipment, tools and services in the mission, in accordance with MSF standards, policies, protocols and procedures.
Implementing data security protocols (data saving, firewall, User Access right, backup, security for equipment and software, etc.) to ensure data security, availability, and immediate operational recovery and continuity in case of emergency.
Providing regular activity reports for the sites under his/her responsibility in accordance with MSF guidelines. Updating and archiving all user and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) related documentation due to changes in the IT and Telecom infrastructures.
Performing any other task, specific to his/her area of specialty, as defined in his/her job description and according to the line manager.

Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.
Festival bonus entitlement is effective upon completing one (01) year of uninterrupted service with MSF.
There are no provisions for relocations.
