Experience:

• At least 1 years

• M.B.B.S with BMDC registration.MD/M.phil (Biochemistry) from any recognized University.

• At least 1 years

• Age At least 24 years

• Working experience in Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank services.
• Preference will be given who have in depth understanding of procedures involved in biochemistry, hematology, immunology, serology & pathology tests in diagnostic laboratory/blood bank.
• Punctuality in attendance.
• Prompt services to the patients.
• Supervising/Controlling Capacity.
• Enhancing clinical knowledge and skills.
• Managing patients efficiently.

• The incumbent will be responsible to the Manager Laboratory & Blood Bank Services for ensuring daily smooth running of the Laboratory & Blood Bank. She/he will supervise clinical laboratory procedures, instrument maintenance and ensure implementation of quality control programs & will also supervise blood donation procedure and review all tests performed in biochemistry, blood bank and pathology. As Specialist (Laboratory) he/she should be able to work independently, may evaluate test results and exercise some initiatives in determining additional or follow up tests. Duties will involve working on shifting basis or as per roster approved by the Laboratory Manager. Carry out other tasks assigned by any other competent authority.
