Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience. This role will focus initially on manual testing, with opportunities to transition into automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of both web and mobile applications while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Strong communication skills in English are essential as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects.

• Ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide input on test planning and execution.

• Document test results, produce quality reports, and assist in test coverage analysis.

• Work closely with other QA developers and stakeholders to ensure the best possible user experience

• Perform regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and API testing.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.

• Strong hands-on experience with testing web and mobile applications.

• Proven experience in API testing using Postman.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with bug-tracking tools and test management software.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into automated build systems.

• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
