∎ Bachelors in Sociology, Social Science, Anthropology,
∎ Gender Studies or similar field.
∎ Skills Required: Ms excellMS Office MS Powerpoint KOBO Toolbox MS Word MS Exc

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Resettlement RAP SIA Gender Social GAP GBV

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Preparation of RAP and SIA reports according
∎ to international leaders (WB/IFC/ADB).
∎ Assist to Preparation of Gender and GBV Action Plan.
∎ Identifying the views and interests of the local peoples,
∎ in connection with their present socio- economic
∎ activities.
∎ Participate in focus group discussions with local people.
∎ Work with the team to identify both social risks and
∎ opportunities in connection with project interventions.
∎ Attend meetings as and when required by the designated
∎ representative of the client.
∎ Work with the Social team to preparation and
∎ submission of deliverables of the study.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ (Minimum 2 years of professional experience in
∎ preparation of SIA & RAP according to GoB and
∎ international leader standards)

Salary: Negotiable
