Responsibilities & Context:

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.):

  • Manage and monitor all digital campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google, etc.)

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, graphics, video)

  • Social media’s comment reply.

 

SEO:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for website to improve organic search rankings.

  • Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns.

  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.

 

Paid Advertising (Google, Meta):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta).

  • Develop targeted ad strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and remarketing.

  • Create campaign briefs, define budgets, select audiences, and monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).

  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. e. Generate monthly ad performance reports with actionable insights.

Content Writer:

  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for social media, service pages, and social media.

  • Develop engaging content aligned with brand tone and strategy.

  • Proofread and edit articles before publication.

  • Conduct simple research and use online sources to create engaging content. 

Website Maintenance:

  • Manage website and update website’s content regularly.

  • Website visitor’s query reply.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the industry.

 

Additional Requirements

  • A track record of boosting traffic, leads, and rankings — show us your wins.

  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Strong grasp of content marketing and influencer outreach.

  • Plan content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, YouTube SEO and Social Media Marketing

  • Manage website and update website’s content regularly.

  • Must have a good command of spoken and written English.

  • Grow brand presence and audience engagement online

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Advanced Degree on Graphic Design and Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.

  • Basic photography & videography skills are a plus.

  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
