Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and oversee daily social media operations for multiple clients across industries, ensuring timely posting, community engagement, and platform compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on growth, engagement, and measurable results.
  • Write and edit engaging social media content, captions, and ad copy tailored to each platform while maintaining consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to align client campaigns with current market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and paid ads teams to create visually appealing and high-performing social media campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret performance metrics to prepare detailed reports on growth, engagement, and campaign achievements for clients.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients, including forecasting social media growth, suggesting new initiatives, and identifying improvement areas.
  • Maintain effective client communication, ensuring that updates, feedback, and campaign performance are delivered clearly and professionally.
  • Apply basic SEO knowledge to social media content planning, supporting overall visibility and traffic growth for client brands.
  • Manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, optimizing performance to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Weekend: Saturday (fixed)
  • Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
