Experience:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Strong understanding & experience of Digital Marketing Channels, including in SEO (Online & Offline), SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Excellent understanding of marketing automation and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in marketing automation tools & excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
SEO/SEM Management:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms, to maximize ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Optimize website content, blog posts and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, conversion rates and user behavior.
Present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges and areas for improvement.
Continuously test and optimize digital campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
Allocate resources efficiently across various digital channels to achieve marketing objectives.
