Additional Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
  2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
  3. Proficient in Bangla content writing.
  4. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  5. Having the mentality to work in coordination with the team.
  6. Ability to work on a Roster basis work hour.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with different campaign goals and objectives.

  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including strategic, dynamic and video content.

  3. Manage the company`s social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  4. Grow the company`s social media following and increase engagement with followers.

  5. Monitor social media trends, track, and analyze metrics, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly.

  6. Work with cross-functional teams and support to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business strategy.

  7. Collaborate with influencers and other brands to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.

  8. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, SEO and ad creative development.

  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels.

  10. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and continually improve the company`s social media presence.

  11. Researching current benchmark trends on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).Creating content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram post & Facebook stories).

  12. Creating and implementing social media strategies to align with reaching business goals.

  13. Making necessary plans, generating strategies and implementing those for brand development on Instagram.

  14. Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and news desk to ensure brand consistency.

  15. Generating and implementing new ideas to develop brand awareness. Being up-to-date on social media related technologies, design tools and applications.

  16. Query Management, properly replying to all the questions coming from social media and helping by providing and collecting information.
