Context:

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will independently own and run our complete social media presence across Facebook, YouTube and others Social media platform.

This is not an execution-only role. You will be the brain behind our social media — strategy, content calendar, community building, competitor intelligence, and paid ad campaigns. You will work from our South Banasree office and report directly to the Head of IT.

Job Location: South Banasree, Block H , Road 4, House ½ , Dhaka 1219.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned business calendar.

  • Build and maintain a content calendar across Facebook and YouTube.

  • Set measurable monthly KPIs — follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and lead generation

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Plan, brief, and oversee content production (graphics, reels, stories, carousels)

  • Coordinate with designers/videographers, or create content yourself when needed

  • Schedule and publish content consistently, optimizing for peak engagement times across markets and time zones

Community Building & Engagement

  • Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions to build an active, loyal community

  • Run polls, Q&As, and interactive content to drive organic engagement

Organic Growth

  • Grow followers organically through quality content, engagement tactics, and collaborations

  • Use hashtag research, SEO-friendly captions, and trend-riding to maximize reach

  • Track follower growth weekly with clear attribution to specific tactics

Competitor & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors in Social Media— content themes, engagement tactics, ad campaigns, growth

Paid Social Media Campaigns

  • Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & YouTube ad

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently — optimize cost per result and ROAS

  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements; report results with recommendations

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

  • Deliver a weekly performance snapshot and a detailed monthly report to the Head of IT.

  • Use data to refine strategy — double down on what works, cut what doesn't
