Role Summary
StudyEx is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Outreach Executive to strengthen our digital presence, increase brand visibility, and build meaningful external connections. This role goes beyond posting content—it focuses on growing our audience, engaging potential students, promoting services, and developing partnerships with universities, influencers, institutions, and student communities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, communication, and networking, and who wants to play a key role in scaling a young organization.
Social Media Growth & Promotion
· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
· Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
· Increase follower base, reach, and engagement through consistent posting, campaigns, and creative formats.
· Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and editing apps to support idea generation and content production.
· Execute promotional campaigns for services, events, and admission cycles.Basic video editing skills (mobile or PC-based apps)

External Outreach & Relationship Building
· Build connections with universities, colleges, student groups, influencers, and education partners to expand brand visibility.
· Coordinate collaborations, campus activities, online promotions, and ambassador programs.
· Support partnership initiatives with external stakeholders (education fairs, workshops, webinars, etc.).
· Act as a communication bridge between GlobEx, StudyEx and outside organizations.
Community Management & Lead Engagement
· Manage messages, comments, and inquiries across all platforms with timely, professional responses.
· Follow up with potential leads and interested students.
· Maintain positive brand tone and ensure high-quality communication with audiences.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
· Write compelling captions, stories, and promotional messages in Bangla and English.
· Create short videos, reels, and visual content using mobile or PC-based tools.
· Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Monitor engagement, reach, inquiries, and campaign performance.
· Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports on growth, feedback, and lead generation.
· Provide insights to support marketing and business development decisions.
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication in Bangla and English
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital trends
Creative content development and copywriting skills
Basic design and editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, mobile apps, etc.)
Ability to engage audiences and manage multiple conversations professionally
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Data-driven mindset with interest in tracking engagement and results
Confidence in networking and communicating with external partners
Preferred / Added Advantages
Experience with influencer marketing, campus ambassador programs, event coordination
Interest or experience in appearing in promotional video content
