Specialist to join our creative team in Banani. This role is perfect for someone with a keen understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and campaign management to deliver impactful results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook,
- Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to ensure maximum reach and
- engagement for each campaign.
- Create and manage ad schedules to optimize posting times for different
- demographics and platforms.
- Content Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad
- creatives and posts.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Hootsuite for post
- scheduling and campaign monitoring.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, CPC, conversions) and
- prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously test and refine ads through A/B testing of creatives, messaging,
- and targeting.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm
- changes to ensure campaigns remain effective.
