∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Social Media Ad Expert/Creator will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires creativity in ad creation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive successful campaigns.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
∎ Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, tailored to specific audiences.
∎ Conduct audience research to identify and define target demographics for each campaign.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
∎ Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all ads.
∎ Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.
∎ Perform A/B testing on different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign elements to continually improve performance.
∎ Manage and optimize budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
∎ Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
∎ People with experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies are especially encouraged to apply.
∎ Any other tasks deemed necessary by the management.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
∎ 3+ years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
∎ Expertise in using social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads).
∎ Strong creative skills, with the ability to design visually engaging ads.Proficiency in ad creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
∎ Excellent analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
