Baya Weaver is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to supervise and manage on-site construction activities. The candidate will ensure that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Ensure work follows approved designs, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, suppliers, and project managers
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Measure and verify quantities of completed work
- Assist in material estimation and requisition
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety rules on site
