Responsibilities & Context

• Manage overall store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper inventory control and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software systems.
• Supervise the receipt and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, chemicals, and finished goods, as applicable.
• Ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRN, MRN, delivery challans, stock transfers, and other inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, QA, Finance, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure proper warehouse layout, housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the store team.
