Job Overview

The position of Executive/Sr. Executive- Dyeing is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the dyeing production process to ensure consistent shade accuracy, quality, and efficiency. The incumbent must possess strong technical knowledge of dyeing techniques, dyes, and chemicals, along with hands-on experience in managing floor operations and maintaining 5S discipline. This role requires close monitoring of daily production targets, visual and datacolor shade matching expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot process deviations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shade matching with strong visual assessment skills and proficiency in Datacolor.
• Monitor and follow up on daily dyeing production targets.
• Apply knowledge of various dyeing techniques, including CVC, nylon, and fleece.
• Utilize expertise in different dyes and chemicals to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage production floor activities and maintain 5S standards for workplace organization and efficiency.
