Job Responsibilities:
∎ Door to Door (D2D) service promotion regularly.
∎ Visit houses according to clusters and deliver required information of the specific service for creating new clients portfolio.
∎ Help clients to make selections of services by building customer confidence.
∎ Advise clients by providing information on services.
∎ Document regularly on sale by creating or updating clients profile records.
∎ Keep clients informed by notifying them of preferred clients sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Identify the most appropriate message/information regarding the target community to convince.
∎ Convince all households on the importance of good WASH services.
∎ Evaluate the necessary material needed for a campaign/activity/promotion.
∎ Identify problems and provide sustainable changes of WASH services Knowledge, Aptitudes and Practices to the local communities.
∎ Follow up WASH Committees and their performance in the Informal Settlements and collaboration.
∎ Ensure the work is properly done complying the company protocols.
∎ Make sure clients acquisition by regularly promoting WASH services fulfilling the KPI's through appropriate clients tracking.
∎ Report the progress of the work to the supervisor regularly; report possible problem or conflict during the activities.
∎ Report the use of promotional materials and possible improvement.
∎ Regular reporting to the Supervisor according to KPI's.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Verbal and Written communication in English
∎ Strong communication skills, used to speak in front of an audience and able to work dynamically with LIC people (Men & Women).
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
∎ Experience in community based service promotion; with local communities, children and vulnerable people; and also experience in community mobilization and participation
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skill and diplomacy
∎ HUMAN QUALITIES
∎ The incumbent must maintain confidentiality, use sound judgement and perform independently while performing the duties. As he/she will be part of the launch of a new project, he/she has to be multi-skilled and show his/her motivation to contribute to the achievement of the SJP overall objectives. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)

(SJP), created by Eau & Vie in 2010, specialized in water supply in urban slums of Bangladesh, aiming at creating quality-controlled, piped and metered water supply networks which are financially viable, socially responsible and adapted to the needs of urban poor.
Thanks to the quality of services provided and the efficient billing system, the social enterprise gradually widens its field of action by becoming a multi-services actor, including the waste collection and the sanitation services. An innovative sanitation service is under development, ensuring proper access to safely managed latrines and wastewater and storm water evacuation.
Both W&L and SJP are engaged in partnerships with the local communities, authorities, water operator and other development stakeholders.
