BSc in Electrical Engineering (specialization in electronics preferred, with basic mechanical knowledge).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

Problem-solver with initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel extensively to customer manufacturing facilities across the country.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Check installation requirements and ensure proper setup of machinery.

  • Install Jeanologia technologies at customer facilities.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues remotely or on-site.

  • Repair and provide effective technical solutions to customers.

  • Record incidents in the company ERP and follow up until resolution.

  • Manage and update technical stock with the Customer Experience Department.

  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers’ staff.

  • Collect customer feedback/suggestions and share with relevant departments.

  • Support Service Excellence and Customer Experience teams with administrative tasks.

  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team as required.
