Willingness to travel extensively to customer manufacturing facilities across the country.
Check installation requirements and ensure proper setup of machinery.
Install Jeanologia technologies at customer facilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues remotely or on-site.
Repair and provide effective technical solutions to customers.
Record incidents in the company ERP and follow up until resolution.
Manage and update technical stock with the Customer Experience Department.
Conduct technical training sessions for customers’ staff.
Collect customer feedback/suggestions and share with relevant departments.
Support Service Excellence and Customer Experience teams with administrative tasks.
Provide technical assistance to the sales team as required.
