Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from Fine Arts/Graphic Design from any reputed Instituted/ University in Bangladesh or Foreign/Abroad.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in visualization.
∎ Excellent and Advanced knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3d Max,other Graphic related software
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions
∎ Adequate knowledge on generation overall print material design concept.
∎ Able to develop marketing & Branding communication materials
∎ Adequate knowledge in output preparation.
∎ Understanding visual aspects of concepts aligned with brands and developing marketing materials, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company brand identity, websites and social media.
∎ Capable to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
∎ Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' work experience is a prerequisite. Freelancers or Fresher's are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in working for an agency will be given preference.
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed University. Graduates with a major in Fine Arts or Graphics Design & Multimedia will be given preference.
∎ Excellent command in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Knowledge in Adobe In-Design, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere & 3D is an added advantage.
∎ An excellent understanding of composition, font, color, geometry and composition.
