Experience:
BBA/MBA in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
3-5 years in event management/advertising agency.
Proven work experience as a Strategic Planner preferably in a event management/advertising agency.
Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Possess the ability to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for clients for campaigns and contents.
Developed more digitally-oriented planning skills alongside the core craft e.g. social listening, web analytics content planning.
Very strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
Extroverted with well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication to Effectively communicate their ideas, POVs, and strategies to clients and the team.

Job Responsibilities:
Set the most effective marketing strategies considering the market scenario and target customer
Keep up to date in changing market trends, strategic tools and related things.
Recommend and implement research that will aid in the consumer insight gathering and planning process
Develop insightful conclusions from research data and prepare outstanding strategy
Developing winning big idea on the basis of market research and consumer analysis.
Collaborating with creative team to work on the big idea
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Lead strategic planning across social and digital platforms on a monthly basis to provide direction for a brand`s presence.
Collaborate with the different internal teams to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns for our clients.
Build strong client’s relationships through social media interaction
Liaise with Marketing, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Provide data-based strategic direction and prepare business proposals
