Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a Reputed Institution. Bachelor's degree from abroad will be given preference.
∎ Preferred O' Level & A' Level Background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Immigration Consultancy, Student Counseling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must intensive knowledge in processing Visa file for any Country.
∎ Provide necessary information to Clients for all kinds of Visa-related issues. Work closely with Clients to assess and Student & General Skilled Migration schemes.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering enquiries. Preparation of different applications and advice clients on supporting documents. Client files management.
∎ Act as an intermediary between the various Embassies and the clients.
∎ Prepare & maintain all Documents required for the Visa processing without any error. Execute the fee agreement and ensure the services.
∎ Must have the experience to sort out documents against a checklist and be organized in document arrangement.
∎ Excellence in solving problems, great customer experience, and love for helping customers.
∎ Ability to get the job done from individual and team (take ownership of the position).
∎ Preparing and checking all legal and non-legal documents.
∎ Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the respective government authority or agency
∎ Create an effective Client Database for future Business regarding Visa solutions.
∎ Keep the Company and Customers up to date with any Visa-related information. Assist and report to senior management.
∎ Provide honest and authentic services to the Customers. Achieve the company’s monthly & quarterly goals.
∎ Build relationships with various Companies in different Sectors to ensure profitable Business for the Company. Communicate with various professional associations, universities & Clients
∎ Provide Counseling service physically & on Call as necessary. Assist clients & prepare online visa applications as and when required.
∎ Expert in Client & Prospects Management and maintain good communication with them.
∎ Plan, Execute, Supervise and Monitor Business Plans. Generate ideas to increase clients and services. Work closely with marketing personnel to promote services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client support through phone, telemarketing, online (web/ e-mail) support etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration, and student counselling.
∎ Must have an intensive experience with the Worldwide Immigration System.
∎ Proven experience in sales /foreign education counselling.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products.
∎ We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication skills especially Client, Official work & Formal emails.
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS Office Applications and other Computer related issues.
∎ Should have the capacity to work under Pressure.
∎ Must be Well Mannered, Team Player, Positive Thinker, and Problem Solver.
