• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university

• 3 to 5 years

• Someone with solid knowledge in video production and graphic design who can manage video shoots and post-video production. This includes a technical understanding of the equipment, lighting adjustment, filming and shooting, framing and shot selection, editing, subtitle insertion, as well as recording, mixing, and post-production of audio recordings. We would also expect the person to recommend the equipment we need to buy to enable full in-house self-sufficiency

• Portfolio showcasing a strong array of video works

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Excellent creative skills and a great eye for details

• Moderate skills in animation

• Strong creative and artistic instincts with an understanding of content creation

• Must have working experience as a Videographer and Video Editor for 3 to 5 years

• Employment Status: Full-time (6 days a week)

Job Context:

• We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, proficient and versatile Videographer to join our team. The successful candidate shall deliver engaging videos that are unique, informative, and useful, and that also promote and showcase the values of our Group and our clients. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who will manage all aspects of video production from concept through final delivery, ensuring that all elements conform to the core tenets of the specific video format or program and the creative vision. This hands-on position includes executing creative direction, creating category-specific templates, establishing procedures, building production workflows, and ensuring visual consistency across multiple projects and categories, while continuously raising the bar on quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Take professional-grade video and photography across diverse subjects.

• Collaborate closely with teams and senior colleagues to produce top-notch videos.

• Ensure videos meet high standards in editing, color grading, and sound production, incorporating stakeholder feedback and aligning with creative content strategy.

• Apply innovative and cutting-edge techniques to enhance the videography as required.

• Own the product feature video content production process by partnering with studio operations in activities such as scheduling, planning, and resourcing.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro and other Adobe Suite CC to get the desired results.

• Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives.

• Apply aesthetic sensibility & artistic knowledge to compose & enhance videography.

• Review sets of videography projects and finalize the best results.

• Operate various video and photography equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting equipment.

• Develop a deep understanding of our brand; collaborate with designers, writers and other cross-functional groups to create stories through motion, in a way that consistently uses the voice of our brands.
