• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing or visual content creation

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools

• Strong understanding of: Motion graphics, Typography animation, Color grading, Audio syncing & sound design

• Experience producing commercial or brand-level videos

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual balance

• Knowledge of social media video trends and ad creatives

• Basic understanding of script-to-visual execution

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple deadlines professionally

🎬 Video Editing & Visual Storytelling

✔Edit high-quality promotional, branding, and educational videos for digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Website).

✔Create compelling motion-based visuals aligned with Scholars Zone’s brand identity.

✔Execute advanced cuts, transitions, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.

✔Convert raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional final outputs.

🎨 Creative Direction & Branding

✔Maintain consistent visual standards across all video content.

✔Translate marketing concepts into strong visual storytelling.

✔Suggest creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement and brand recall.

✔Ensure videos align with study abroad campaigns (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA).

✔Work closely with the marketing team to deliver video content for ads, seminars, expos, and social media campaigns.
