Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have hands-on experience creating videos using VEO3, and other AI-powered video tools

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Pre and Post Production Videographer to join our dynamic team at Neuratech Limited (Digital Agency). The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong eye for detail and expertise in the entire video production process, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production
Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Scout locations and manage shoot logistics, including equipment preparation.
Plan shooting schedules and ensure resources are in place for smooth execution.
Production
Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment to capture high-quality video footage.
Direct on-set activities to achieve desired outcomes and maintain timelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots to ensure smooth operation.
Post-Production
Edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
Enhance videos with motion graphics, color grading and sound design.
Review final cuts with clients and incorporate feedback to meet their expectations.
Manage video delivery in multiple formats for various platforms.
