Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep all machinery & equipment ready for 24/7 support for the tenants of the Telecom Bhaban premises.
∎ Maintain daily, weekly and monthly preventive Maintenance of electrical system.
∎ Supervising operation and maintenance of pumps and motors in Telecom Bhaban.
∎ Replace any spares or execute repairing if necessary.
∎ Ensure fire safety protocols are followed and implemented.
∎ Follow up compliance safety issues in electrical system of Telecom Bhaban.
∎ Ensure record keeping of all machinery & equipment in Telecom Bhaban.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have relevant knowledge of HVAC system, maintenance and operations.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
