Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Students counseling for visa interview.
∎ Maintain and build strong relationships with students and clients.
∎ Provide appropriate counseling to help students select the right course.
∎ Conducts informational meetings and programs to explain admission requirements policies and procedures with students.
∎ Understanding the entry requirements for studying in different countries.
∎ Understanding the different admission policies of our competitors, partners, and other universities.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Must be active, dynamic, capable of working under pressure, and target oriented.
∎ High Customer Service mind & proactive sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the final sales target.
∎ Have a fair knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to carry out responsibilities effectively.
∎ Evaluate students’ educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial status to suggest suitable study abroad options.
∎ Provide comprehensive information about universities, courses, admission requirements, visa regulations, and living conditions in different countries.
∎ Advise students on the required documentation for visa applications, including financial statements, academic records, and personal identification.
∎ Prepare students for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing tips on handling questions effectively.
∎ Offer continuous support to students throughout the application process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
∎ Assist in filling out and submitting visa applications, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
∎ Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by students and ensure they meet the requirements of visa authorities.
∎ Communicate with embassies, consulates, and educational institutions to facilitate the visa application process.
∎ Monitor the status of visa applications and keep students informed about progress and any additional requirements.
∎ Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures of different countries to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to students.
