Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide accurate counselling and guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK.
∎ Secondary expertise in visa processing for USA, Hungary, Malta & Schengen countries.
∎ Assess students’ eligibility and documentation requirements based on country-specific rules.
∎ Prepare and submit visa files and ensure application standards meet embassy requirements.
∎ Maintain communication with students and update them on visa status and progress.
∎ Assist in university selection, course counselling, and SOP Writing.
∎ Handle follow-ups, email responses, and queries professionally.
∎ Maintain coordination with partner universities and embassies.
∎ Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional campaigns when needed.
