Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide accurate counselling and guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK.
- Secondary expertise in visa processing for USA, Hungary, Malta & Schengen countries.
- Assess students’ eligibility and documentation requirements based on country-specific rules.
- Prepare and submit visa files and ensure application standards meet embassy requirements.
- Maintain communication with students and update them on visa status and progress.
- Assist in university selection, course counselling, and SOP Writing.
- Handle follow-ups, email responses, and queries professionally.
- Maintain coordination with partner universities and embassies.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional campaigns when needed.
