∎ At least **2 years** of hands-on experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in the Urology or Laparoscopy operation theater at a country-reputed hospital.
∎ Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
∎ Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
∎ Proficient in computer applications.
