∎ We are looking for Sr. Staff Nurse for OT-(General Units).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has good in general OT thinking skills
∎ Ability to perform a head-to-toe preoperative assessment on all patients and reassesses, as needed postoperatively.
∎ Process operative paperwork.
∎ Perform circulating and scrub duties.
∎ Maintain accreditation paperwork/certification.
∎ Complete documentation and records with accuracy for the care administered and
∎ necessary for the patient's care.
∎ Coordinate quality assurance chart reviews.
∎ Assess and analyze patient care needs and work with the provider to coordinate a plan of care.
∎ Maintain clean surgical areas.
∎ Stock, order, maintain supplies according to the policies and procedures established by the
∎ Practice Management Dept.
∎ Practice safety and OSHA regulations in regards to biohazard & non-biohazard waste.
∎ Follow established policies and procedures related to the position.
∎ Meet or exceed the performance measures established by the Practice Management Dept.
∎ Participate and contribute in a team-based environment.
∎ Participate and contribute in quality projects.
∎ Maintain a team supportive attendance record
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ As per hospital policy.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary will be provided by hospital management.
