Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated and target-oriented individuals to join our land sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales. Experience in land or property sales will be an added advantage.
Workplace: Work at office and field (land project areas)

Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell land projects & other products to potential clients
Generate leads through networking, field visits, and cold calls
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support
Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales reports
Build long-term relationships with clients
