- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits
Responsibilities & Context: Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team focused on selling ownership shares in Empire Bay Hotel & Resort properties.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to team KPIs and deliverables.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and networking.
- Build relationships with investors, real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants to expand our reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives, ensuring market penetration and lead generation.
- Actively participate in high-stakes sales meetings, client presentations, and site visits, especially with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ownership models, pricing structures, legal frameworks, and ROI potential.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure all sales documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Provide training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations for junior sales executives and team members.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Generate and present regular sales reports, market feedback, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
- Analyze trends and campaign data to optimize strategies and improve team efficiency.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and client referrals.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and client concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure sales goals directly contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth and profitability objectives.
- Optimize the sales process for efficiency, ROI, and customer conversion rates.
