Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Experience Level: 3–5 years

  • \Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or investment sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Bengali (additional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team focused on selling ownership shares in Empire Bay Hotel & Resort properties.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to team KPIs and deliverables.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and networking.
  • Build relationships with investors, real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants to expand our reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives, ensuring market penetration and lead generation.
  • Actively participate in high-stakes sales meetings, client presentations, and site visits, especially with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ownership models, pricing structures, legal frameworks, and ROI potential.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure all sales documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations for junior sales executives and team members.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports, market feedback, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
  • Analyze trends and campaign data to optimize strategies and improve team efficiency.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and client referrals.
  • Handle inquiries, objections, and client concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure sales goals directly contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth and profitability objectives.
  • Optimize the sales process for efficiency, ROI, and customer conversion rates.
